You may remember the name TopDogjobs from the early 2000’s? If you do then you’ll know that it was a successful jobs board which was ultimately bought by Friends Reunited (later ITV) and rebranded.

TopDogjobs is where my career in the recruitment industry began, back in 2002, so I lay the blame entirely at their feet for employing me all those years ago! Fast forward 10 years and I’m incredibly proud to bring the brand back to the UK market, this time as a recruitment consultancy.

So, TopDogjobs is now owned and operated by me, Karen Hadlow, with 10 years experience in the recruitment industry across all sectors.

I’ve personally partnered and consulted with some of the UK’s largest and best known brands including Home Retail Group (Argos & Homebase), KFC, Spicer Haart, AON, Everything Everywhere (Orange & T-Mobile), Travelex, Countrywide Estate Agents, Nestor Healthcare, Volkswagen Group and Pizza Hut to name just a few.
